@Tinorbison This is the traveling wilburys cover, they did two of them. This is the early one with bob dylan on the harmonica and George harrison on the guitar. The second version had Jeff Lynne on the keyboard. Look up Traveling wilburys Runaway, you will see its the same voice, only on this one its more quieter.

This isn't by Roy Orbison, it's by the Travelling Wilburys, which Roy was a member of until he passed away. This song is a bonus from their second and final CD made after Roy's passing, the members of the band during the time of this recording were George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty and Bob Dylan.

This is a decent cover of Del Shannon's original, with harmony not heard in the original. I'm sure this is not Roy Orbison, skeptical because it doesn't sound like the distinctive voice of that incredible performer. Still, a solid version of a timeless classic.
