crispin is so unique and enchanting. :) i'm a fan of both him and his dad, bruce. they're both amazing actors, but it's fascinating how their personalities are as different as night and day. how i wish they'd do a scene together in a movie. they've done some films together, but have never been in the same scene--what a pity! if they were onscreen together, they'd totally blow me away. :)
@Craigmin I found this lovely interview online, in which Crispin talked about how he's more reserved, i.e. when he was a kid, Bruce intro'd him to the director of "Walking Tall," I believe, hoping to get him a part in the movie, and the director thought (wrongly) that he was too shy, and would never be an actor. Crispin said his Dad's more outgoing, i.e. has "an actor's personality." :)
I do not necessarily think that I would react the same way the audience reacts when he reads his book, but I guess that is the beauty of theatrical events like this - different people with different reactions.
