Is there a modern popular artist who is a better musician than Dave Grohl? Honestly, how can he be that good at everything?? Drums with Nirvana, then rolls out the first Foo's album and people find out he can do everything else too!!! I think he really needs to be considered as one of the greatest rock musicians of all time. Awesome collabo with Page and Jones, nice vocals by Taylor too. How much were these tickets? I couldn't agree more. Has anyone else done what Dave's done. Drummer in one of the biggest bands, and then front one of the best. Writes, sings, plays, etc.. I suppose Phil Collins but... Seen tons of bands but Foo show I saw in Montreal in March 08 was probably the best I've seen. Was my sons first show; great way to start.

And he has, for everything he did, since he was a kid, passing by Scream (hardcore fans only, but "No More Censorship" and "Fumble" are good records), then Nirvana to Foo Fighters -- he made history in and roll... was in a true punk band, then in one of the most importants groups of rock and roll, then in his own successful band. I just think that Foo Fighters depreciated themselves since "One By One"... 'cause their first three records are awesome... but that's just MY opinion.

I really admire Dave during the Nirvana years and during early Foo Fighters era (1995-1999). He was really good that time. The lasts Foo Fighters albums are a bunch of SHIT. I don't know, he became a boring rock n' roll star. Looks like he doesn't care at all for what he did on Nirvana, but was the best thing he did in his entire life. And looks like he doesn't care for Kurt at all, but if wasn't for Kurt (and Krist), he still would be playing in a garage punk rock band.
