Sudden infant death syndrome. It's what they list as cause of death of a child under one year of age when no other C.O.D. can be fund on autopsy. It's not an illness where there are symptoms, so all we know is that certain things seem to increase tht likelihood of a child dying of SIDS.

SIDS stands for Sudden Infant Death Sydrome.....its when a baby dies during sleep, for no apparant reason.
