Come on guys, use your heads. The cape is covering a fake set of shoulders that attach at her waist. The left arm you see is fake and she manipulates it through the cape at the beginning, showing the real hand moving inside the cape. Though the right arm is her real arm. When she drops her head she is merely bending over and the fake shoulders hold the cape in place. When she gets back up you again see you trying to grab to handle for the shoulders to get them up before she stands. Simple trick.

She is wearing a "body frame" attached at the waste which remains as her "body" when she bends over at the waste putting her head in her hands. She has one fake hand and arm which is why they are together, leaving one free to help her push herself back up and lift the frame again after laying down. You need to be flexible to do this as when she "collapses" her feet are facing forward with head on the floor.
