Once you use the solar science and accept it is not man made. The big ball of fire was ignored. Two deg. increase is a lie. What is the "normal" temp. Temp has decreased for 10 years. Where is your evidence this spike exists. CBO states cap & trade will have NO EFFECT. Why destroy our economy for no improvement? I have two charts with a spike at the end, one shows the stupidity increase in congress, the other shows the number of congressmen replaced in 2010.
