i really think this should be slide school 1 in terms of how easy it is to learn. Easier than a check slide in my opinion and sooo much easier than a 360

no.... you really dont. Layback is basically a check with a hand for balance I learned laybacks in like two days and checks in two weeks

Let me educate you XtremeSkater123!: if you're regular, your layback is with your right hand and your coleman it's your left both tricks sliding one hand only so coleman is total oposite of layback, don't let no one fool you cuz they want to rule you you heard!!!

a coleman uses the left hand if you are skating regular and you swing the board to the left and then back again to the right, the layback uses the right hand and you kick the back out like like a speed check and then you lift your hips up and arch your back, its pretty different from a coleman

it depends on your footing. hmm now that I think about it, I use my front hand to do layback's, this might be because im so used to coleman slides though- Just do what ever you feel good with, keep your ass high and get in a strong stance.

Its a good job you cant hear all the flat spots these guys have burnt up. :)

for a layback, you use you're BACK hand. So if you're regular footed, it's your right hand and if you're goofy footed, it's your left

one question for more technical slide like those can you have your trucks loose

personally, i ride my trucks pretty loose, not floppy loose, but with a softer bushing as to not restrict my turning. Some like super tight trucks as it makes things a little easier, but for me, a 'medium' tightness/looseness is just right.

yeah it started just sliding , i showed em how fast you could reall go, tony stepped it up for one of the most dangerous runs ive done, he passed me on the bottom stretch and we both had to slide under the gate.
