Yeah. I know. I made this in 2006, and at that time, I was still in the 2-4 fps era. I'm in the 8-16 fps era now.

Actually, I used Windows Movie maker for most of my videos.

But I'd like to get something else to edit mine because windows movie maker doesn't allow me to make the frames as short as I'd like
How long of a frame do you like? I use 0.125 secs for the normal fps on WMM. If you want to get an ultra-smooth 16 fps, use the "speed up,double" effect. I'll see what else you can use to get different frame rates.
