  • @MiggleMuggle DO tell... I wasn't aware that the human race has genetically changed in 20 years...

  • They need to bring this song back again! For real! :0)

  • Estimated friend, if you want to listen again this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - looks for his direction URL in Google ( search Musica para Mimos in Google)-. best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is great, is very good ...!!!

  • i OFTEN WONDERED IF HE WAS STRINGFELLOW HAWKES MISSING BROTHER,ST.JOHN.Sorry for shouting at you all. You're all lovely.

  • lol blow the house down Just as well .But i do like the song.

  • electric spark and a gas leak can blow the house up and down !!!

  • Brian May plays guitar in this :D

  • hmmmm...it's almost like the band GO WEST...

  • It's the 80's. A time when it was acceptable to dance around with a guitar in your video and never be expected to actually play it.

  • Big track !1

  • la mettevo a palla nella uno turbods... bei tempi!!!!!!!

  • Yes it's Brian May for the guitar solo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have the original CD

  • lmao this is so 80's... it's like it's parodying itself

  • Richard Darbyshire (Living in a box) often gets mistaked for Go West Legend Peter Cox - they both look a like and sound a like- Richard is a great singer!

  • sounds like Go West. i don't ever remember hearing this so it didn't get much play..

  • I miss the 1980's funny and goofy rock videos...

  • yes, yes, yes!! Whoohhoohhoo! (mekkora közönségénekeltetős refrén, atyagatya!)

  • This song will always be fashionable! Great 80s, why don´t they come back???

  • fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucking loved the 80,s sadly i,m 45 with 2 grown up kids now boo hoo ..where does the time go :(

  • ARGHHHHHHH THE EIGHTIES!!!

This song was top ten in the UK....i remember buying this track!! oh my word how its dated.....!!!!! rumour has it that Brian May played the guitar....

  • He sure did Shaz, or so it says on wiki. Actually you can can tell a mile off with that unmistakable harmonised solo section.

  • i'm a girl ! are you satisfied now ?

  • Isn't it funny he was always singing about houses? like, Living in A Box, their first hit, and then this, Blow the HOUSE down, he looked like a sexy estate agent as well LOL!!

  • This my show choirs closer song...

  • OMG! HE IS HOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you aint seen me yet (jk)

  • are you asking me on a date?

  • WTF? I was just kidding (jk)

I don't even know if you are girl or a fag, so

it better be the first one, or else no way hosé!

  • I remember first seeing this on that show that had the talking dragon puppet...this it was called Spike.

  • Imagine what happens when they REALLY blowed the house down....we would be all homeless!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Was 1989. good song still.

  • I had forgotten about this one 1987 wasn't it

  • I love this song it rox! The singer looks like an estate agent lololol! Kinda cute tho!! Like Go West but at least he doesn't dance like Peter Cox!

  • @83Brokenwings that was the look the 80s. people looked more sophisticated but with a touch of cool !!

  • Great band.

  • ANOTHER GREAT SHEFFIELD BAND. LOL.

  • @anstonian you're kidding? didnt know they were from the Steel City

  • Its all about the music. The video is irrelevant. Music videos were only created to show something visual on television while the music is playing.

These days they seem to care more about image than sound. They seem to put more effort, time and money into the video than the actual music. I think that's one of the major differences between music of the 80s and today.

  • @ RationalConclusion

you hit the nail right on the head.

  • yet you watched it

  • get a life fool

  • first time I've heard this one from Living in a box...its great!

  • a good follow up to living in a box.

  • Robert Palmer wanna be or what!?

  • Did Brian May play guitar in this song?

  • Yep, excellent Brian May guitar solo.

  • MTV must have been great to watch in the 80's with cool, wacky videos such as this!

  • Take it from an ' old Rocker !!! these Guy's were underestimated in the 80's

  • love this song i remember when it came out so many years ago now makes me feel old!!!!H

  • Check out Living In A Box's official Youtube channel at: youtube livinginaboxmusic

  • Thanks Posttroncs! I'm very glad to see the band back together again.

  • I quote liked LIAB, but ABC, surely the coolest of the new romantics, were much better.

LIAB came about 5 years too late.

  • I dont think so

They came out in 1987 which was a great year!

  • Living In A Box are NOT ex members of Brother Beyond. They do NOT work in Asda, and they did NOT rip off ABC!

  • Really there are couple of ex Brother Beyond members stacking shelves @ Asda, what a coincidence.

  • Good song

  • ... not to speak of LIAB ripping of ABC here in large quantities... the cool image of a certain Mr. Fry... one better world---

  • Living In A Box is NOT typical of Stock,Aitken and Waterman production nor were they influenced by Tom Jones. LIAB was under Chrysalis records; they had original music and wrote their own songs! I like Tom Jones too, but don't compare LIAB with him. If you don't like LIAB, why waste all your time and effort looking at the band's videos, listening to their music, and curse them on here? Its very easy to watch a singer you like elsewhere and leave the real fans to admire and enjoy LIAB in peace!

  • This was just a remark for this is a typical song OF the SAW trademark, I didn't mean literally their production or Tom Jones' influence in that respect (although LIAB singer is trying hard to catch up with Mr. Jones' vibe). This song is groovy and everything but I doubt it is as original as your reply defence insists :) LIAB have a nice name for a band, but speaking of their originality, c'mon, this is typically trendy stuff - a dozen others produced identically catchy stuff like this...

  • I almost agree, although ther ways of LIAB were not sooo naive or clear... of course, the first album is a masterpiece.

  • OMG how good were LIAB. I always fancied Richard, does anyone have Scales of Justice another LIAB classic.

  • OMG how good were LIAB. I always fancied Richard, does anyone have Scales of Justice another LIAB classic.

  • I think your imagination is better than the real thing!

  • dam they were the days

  • There was a lack of self-consciousness that was appealing back in the late 80's. There is a strong melody underneath those tacky overblown production values. Was this ever considered "cool"? Regardless, the video does not disappoint. Ah, memories!

  • Great 80's pop at it's best!! Ah to be 28, slim and blonde again... :-)

  • I always loved this music video for "Blow The House Down" because it perfectly matches the high-energy song. It's simply a fun video with cool effects for a fun song. It's my favorite song from their second album, "Gatecrashing." Thank you for posting this video!

  • I love youtube!!! All these songs i had forgotten about!!! I want to go back in time!!!

  • Wow.... 3 very nice young men. can not decribe what i`m doing now!

  • please do!

  • Brian May on guitar solo, boys and girls, and production by the one and only Dan Hartman - the man behind Instant Replay,Love Sensation,Relight My Fire and many more great hits!

  • love it. thansk for bring back the memories. Awesome 80's

  • Even in 1989, the last year of the great 80s decade came out hits with super bass sound like this out !!!!!

  • wow the great Richard Darbishire- he was a school buddy of mine in Manchester in the early to mid 70s- still a great voice in one of the most underrated groups of the 80s- rock on Rick!!

  • actually i quite like the tune!

  • This guy is so HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what is sadder. looking for cheesy pop vids not seen for years or saying yeah! this rocks!

  • Wow, forgot all about how good this one was!! Thanks for posting - brilliant!

  • Hey fans! Check out a rare video for Richard Darbyshire - "Wherever Love Is Found" from CityRhythm88. I had this video taped from the ITV's Chart Show (UK TV music show) many years ago, but I'm so excited that someone has posted the full version of this great track with soulful and powerhouse vocals from Richard! Great video too. :-)

  • I never understood why the Gatecrashing album didn't do better. It's a great pop album, especially the title track.

  • this one and living in a box are too cool.
