  • this isn't the silver age of comics, the fact that the writer's make more complex stories means the medium is becoming more closer to literature

  • Comics ARE literature, but not all literature is created equal.

    There's a difference between telling a complex story and a convoluted, muddled, abstract mindbender for the heck of it.

  • Did you read the "Gotham After Midnight" 12 part series? Man-Bat appeared in a few of those issues. If you haven't read that, I highly recommend it.
