get the tamiya m-03 mini cooper dam its fast easy to handle great for raceing if u want to drift put pvc pipe on the back wheels as there front wheel drive its not actualy a drift but looks like won so who cars but nah there very nice ad fast cars as standard!
i got a normal RX7 FD rc car. it only drifts on smooth surfaces and i want it to drift on any surface like tarmac. do i need to change the tires because mines like a rubber grip tire
you dont drift with locked diffs at all. and you cand drift with open diffs but ball diffs make a big diffrence. plus a higher toruqe turn motor helps to. i drift with my old school tamiya tl01. oil dampers and a (atleast) 23 turn motor is all you need to start drifting. and they are drifting on way smooth floors so it just looks harder then it really is. drifitng on this type of surface is a breazzzz you can even 4 wheel drift (no counter steering) if you get good anough at it.
heyy i've got a tamiya same as these ones and setting it up for drifting at the moment. do you guys drift with open diffs? or locked diffs? i just tried welding mine shut just now so all four wheels spin equally. should be better than the open diff. lemme know. thanks.
It's not drifting
