Dundee said it best in Memphis Heat. Wrestlers today are clueless how to gain heat or relate to the crowd. He and Lawler (who wasn't even present in the studio during the segment) filled the arena by convincingly selling the concept of the dastardly heels warranting them putting aside any differences they may have had to rid the area of Hart and his crew.

Two of the best ever on the stick & Lance Russell icing the cake were just two reasons Memphis promos create chills to this day.
