Put them in a few different ways and you'll get some different meanings of the film. That's the Kuleshov effect.
This is not a very good illustration of the Kuleshov effect. The girl's expression does not seem to show any different emotions based on the editing, because you are not leaving enough up to the viewer. Also, the order should not matter like you say it does. Not terrible, but you should put more thought into your work.
If you first see A and then B you'll understand this.
