  • That chicken is PINK at the joint when he's cutting off the breast. NOT GOOD. Chicken should be cooked all the way through - not rare. No pink. You can tell if it's cooked all the way through if you stick a fork in the joint and the juice runs clear. If there's no blood in the juice, it's cooked.
