@Leowhitters It's not wasting a parachute they are in eloy arizona for one thing, if the canopy gets cut away it will be recovered quite easily on account of the entire surrounding desert. and more than likely the canopy needed a new lineset so they were having a little bit of fun with it.
I reckon that's Eloy, Arizona...awesome DZ. No cloud, Blue Skies and lifts to 15 grand...AWESOME PLACE !!! And the guy that runs the movie theater in Casa Grande is a skydiver, free movies as long as you by candy or popcorn !!
