The only part of your book that did not resonate with me was the section that included John of God. I believe in the Placebo effect, and the power of belief. Unless the tissues removed by psychic surgery are confirmed to have the DNA of that very person he may well be taking advantage of many. What I take from him being mentioned is the power of belief, not his trickery.
