  • I love my eliptical, i do 25 minutes backwars an i do 4 minutes forward, it's great to workout.

  • @stardustlia Wrong, wrong, correct. Working out your muscles won't do sheet to your fat. In order to truly work out, you must get rid of your fat. Moobs consist of fat. Cardiovasular exercises are the number one way to get rid of fat. Once your fat is gone, THAT'S when you work out your muscles. Trust me, I tried working out my muscles before getting rid of fat, and it only made me look more fat, because the muscles were gaining mass and pushing the fat forwards.

  • @Jvizzlezz well your half right. cardio is the most important part to fat loss BUT working out your muscles actually greatly helps boost metabolism and burns a lot calories if you do high reps with lower weights and limited breaks.

  • ok so im 14 and i am 5'4'' / 5'5'' and i am looking into getting an elliptical. i weight about 165 ish and would really like to loose that extra stuff. i dance at a studio, go to compatitions but its not really working with me loosing weight so would an elliptical help? and if so whats the cheapest one out there? great vid too!

  • I started useing the Elliptical a month and half ago I love it i have lost 31 pds in that time i weighted 310 when i started on this thing now I way 279 only did 10 mins on it @ first then went to 20 mins then 30 mins now I'm up to an hour I use the weight lose program I burn 1,000 cals, in 106 min but i gotta keep it going i put the crossramp on 10 and rect, on 8

  • Don't do this much anymore. But it helped me cut alot of weight to the point where I could start running. Get on this thing it works.

  • I am recovering from an injury and am having difficulty using the treadmill (problems with impact on knees). However, I just started using the elliptical for the first time and enjoy it. I am pushing myself very hard and no impact on my knees! It tells me that after 30 min, I am burning over 350 calories (weigh 210). Is this accurate? I am using very light resistance, but am pushing hard! Thank you.

  • I've started exercising on orbitrek three weeks ago and I lost 1,8 kg. it's amazing how it moves all your body.

  • Ellipticals are great training machines. As in all things the 'trick' is consistency and intensity. I started shedding the weight shortly after begining the training regimen. Go for it!

  • You mean like Visionfitness?? If so, yes, they make really good machines. I bought a recumbent bike off them about a year and a half ago. It works perfect and very smooth....
