All there was was the family's ever-changing story, but because the DA was so obsessed with getting Michael convicted, the case went to court. They acted very unprofessionally - for example, Michael wasn't allowed a preliminary hearing where the case could've been discredited. They also waited months to raid Michael's home and then decided to do that when his new album was released.
