Fantastic piece of animation, however as a child I remember being quite scared of this sequence because I used to have a strange fear of Big Ben anyway, so seeing it in the form of a crocodile didn't help matters at all.
@KRPTV Yes, I seem to recall I used to find these titles quite frightening as a child as well (I also remember being under the impression that the set really *was* in the clock tower, though, so perhaps I was just stupid). I must have only been about 3-4, though, so it's probably forgivable.
I think this earlier version is more intimidating than the slightly later titles where the crocodile goes on the rampage across Europe. I quite liked the croc by that point.
As a child I didn't have a clue what was going on in the show itself whatsoever, but I sure loved the intro!
