  • Hey Mike, what are those practice sets you guys play on called?

  • Mike,

I love to see the dedication of all three of you and how each one of you has such an unique sound/way, a question for you; what practicing pads do you use here (see 8.21min)? I'm looking for something quiet with multiple pads and double pedal possibilities. (Any suggestions?)

    Thanks, Adriaan from the Netherlands

  • The cymbals that you guys are hitting that don't have any sustain, what are they or why do they sound so dead?

  • @Nathanofnovember They are cymbal stacks, one smaller cymbal on top of a larger one. They have an interesting sound quality for sure.

    Peace

  • What book are you using? BTW GREAT WORK GUYS!

  • @mitapanker: No book, I am creating the exercises myself. For the second exercise our left hand was playing pg. 25 in the book Syncopation by Ted Reid.

    Hope that helps,
