Looks like Windows 7 movie maker works well. I am still using XP w/ SP3. Still works well for all my PC needs. I have used a Windows 7 Dell though. New Windows OS works very quick and smoothly. I am going to start playing Phantasy Star II again. Will use this walkthrough to help. 5 star vid!
Ah, but Win 7 actually *scrapped* Movie Maker and a number of other widgets from Vista and XP to lose bulk and to direct users towards the Live suite. The suite can run on XP as well if you want to use it.
To be fully honest, since WLMM has adopted a "Fluent Ribbon" menu à la Office '07, it'll take some adjusting to. Win 7 itself is a walk in the park.
