Perfect rhythm and poise from THE grand master, the force and technique can hardly be matched. Just wish for more on these rare videos to be shared......
on a brawl if one uses Bjj to protect himself he will loose incredible amounts of strength and stamina on grappling moves besides all of the members of the other party can kick ur head and body if ur fighting someone on the ground using grappling
pretety much the ultimate looser fighting style..BJJ is
As personal experience, I can Asure you Bjj is a extremely easy to identify and turn around to our win, I have a friend who loves grappling moves and one night in a fight with some guy he tackled him with success but while grabbing his oponents waist, my friend without even noticing had a knife ascending to his belly, off course he was extremly lucky cause his jacket was a thick one...btw it was a man 2 man fight
@juicespirit my friend only you can beat another person and styles are only principals of a filosophy of fighting or on fighting arts, but as a traditional kung fu student I say yes
@juicespirit Baji can beat Bjj, with ease. For Bjj is a recent martial art and has a short history, so the development of bjj is rather weak and poor, besides that all Kung Fu was created for life or death matters, like war and battle, while Bjj was created with only Sport experience and Sport purpose.
Mentioning flaws, Bjj has many, begining with the fact that a Bjj user exposes his head and whole body to the oponent, bases itslef on tackles and close distance fighting and while all that is a style with none or few direct atacks besides submission wich leaves the Bjj user with few chances of getting out alive or even unscratched.
In Real Fights on the streets or even on brawls, Bjj is also useless, just think of this possibility, a Bjj users atacks or is atcked by a knife armed guy, with all those Bjj moves of rubbing yoyr own body with your opponet's the Bjj user can be stabbed with ease, not mentioning the fact the armed person could possibly save the Knife usage to final last blow while fighting on the floor...
adding more to this answer a Bjj user is reaaly easy to indentify, their ears are like ruber and flat and probably they are heavy weighted and with wrked out muscle mass..
what ever what martial art they learn but in real fight most of them dont dare apply....cause some kung fu over fantasy as the creator think too much...
That is the basic form, they do adjust on the striking timing and distance in real fight, and even in 1 move can have different area of their body be used as possible striking source based on what is required. It's not over fantasy if you ever meet someone who know how to apply them, and in this case Bajiquan. Someone who only know the form and not the way how to apply them will never know the true effect of each move.
That's Hsing Yi, the hardest or most external of the 3 major internal martial arts (the other two being Ba Gua/Pakua and Tai Chi).
Moving energy out of your root is very important. The number of techniques and forms are limited, but they allow the practitioner to focus on his energy. Hsing Yi is very Taoist and focuses on 5 elements (earth, water, fire, wood and air) and 12 animals, which are different forms of the 5 elements.

jimmychuang 3 years ago
