Fallout 3 is almost perfect, the only thing that isn't perfect is the fact that is has got to end some day... I was really sad when I beated the game.... because, after I beated it, I wouldn't have anything to do anymore, and yes, you could make another character, but I've beated the game on: Very Evil, Evil, Neutral, Good and Very Good Karma, I've litteraly run out of things to do... now I'm sad...

Here is an idea. Beat the game using only the baseball bat/bb gun you receive in the beginning.

If your gun or bat needs fixing you use your fists the rest of the way till repaired. And you must take as many chems as possible in battle to improve effectiveness in battle. xD

Spent 200+ hours on this game, these songs bring a tear to my eye, what an incredible game. NV was a bit of a let down to be honest, just not the same feeling.

I completely agree.. I mean.. I loved NV, just not in the same way.. I guess NV was sort of like a husband I waited months to see, and F3 an Italian lover I stumbled upon. Yes. I'm a woman. Lmao.

But seriously.. I think it's because my favourite part about Fallout 3 was the absolute terror and destruction.. while in new vegas.. everything was so.. recent. Also because the 40/50's were my favourite era, and Fallout 3 Portrayed this era much more xP

@MsHenryTheGreat Yeah, I know exactly what you mean in F3 you felt threatened, the sense of exploration and adventure felt real and you felt alone when you were running through the capital wasteland, like anything could happen. In NV it was like going for a stroll hoping you dont run into a Cazador. I would turn F3 on just to run around the wasteland and go in abandon places to read the terminals while listening to three dog. In FO3 I cared about what happened and the people. In NV, not so much.

@MsHenryTheGreat I know what you mean, in F3 the sense of adventure felt real, I would turn F3 on just to wander the Capital Wasteland, search abandoned buildings, and listen to Three Dog, I cared about what happened and the people there, in NV not so much. Wandering the Capital wasteland you felt tense and ready, like anything could happen. Wandering the Mojave was like going for a stroll and hoping not to run into a Cazador. F3 felt much more like living, breathing world, not just a game.

@5psi Fallout 3 had a, er- how do I put it....a much more better atmosphere, it gave you the feeling that you were in a post apocalyptic world. When Fallout New Vegas is just too....populated (Possibly due to the lack of radiation dangers, super mutants and last, but not least the glorious purified Enclave.) I really do hope the Enclave come back, I miss the old games.

@5psi the problem with nv is that you said it it is sometimes too hard the catasdor is strong but den deathclaws are fucking horrible to fight aigainst it.. absolutly horrible and the last enemy is ... nearly unbreakable but it isa still a good game

Fallout new vegas was a big thumbs down in comparison to fallout 3. This game brings back such happy memories. The music on the radio in fallout New Vegas wasn't as good as Fallout 3 but the instrumental music that plays when the radio is off, that one was better.
