Grands Prix were run to Formula 2 rules in 1952 and 53. Alberto Ascari won nearly everything there was to win in these Ferraris. Very simple design, 2 litre 4 cylinder.

This is an inline 4, and all V12 from Ferrari in those days were designed by Lampredi.
