I made a comparison video a while back that shows akuma and shin akuma's differences in SF3 SI and SF3 3S. It may not be all the changes but at the time it's what I found in a short look.

@frenchythenazi well back in the alpha series, shin Akuma is faster, the two fire balls in the air, and the raging demon's movement speed is faster then regular Akuma.
