(b) don't say the meet in restaurant is from hunters - it's beef and pork grown by farmers. (c) many hunters dont eat the deer meat - the give it to dogs or throw away. (d) deer population control? How did nature go before humans? It regulated itself just fine...

I don't personally hunt. But, all the hunters I know do eat the meat. The meat is better for you than chicken. Plus its grown naturally without steroids or antibotics. Unlike the meat you get in the stores or restaurants. Also, the fact of keeping the population down. If it weren't for the average hunter the deer population would explode to the point where the state would have to hire professional hunters. Don't forget the revenue it brings including the conservation for state forest and parks.
