  • I want that bar...that like boubles the range of motion!!!HOw much do you think roughly one would cost?

  • 100-200 bucks I think, look it up online.

  • yea i bouthgt one last night for 179.99

  • It can be a pretty nice tool for training the lower half of your bench but be careful and don't overuse to much, throwing it in every now and then is ok but the range of motion can be pretty rough.

  • damn i want that bar

  • Yeah these are good for building lower half power. The range of motion can be rough on the chest though, if you train with a camber bar don't train with it all the time, just throw it in your routine every once in a while.

  • Nice dude! Yeah, starting really light and building up always seems to end with better results at the end. Almost like it builds momentum or something. This only applys with rep schemes though from my experiances. Nice work on this though! Take care!

  • yeah next week I have to do 190 on incline, and 215 on flat bench, I will be doing at least two cycles with the cambered bar on flat bench, incline bench, and shoulder press. Maybe even 3-4 cycles, but at least two.

  • who ever is thumb downing videos please stop its immuture and annoying !!

  • My guess is those trolls from a bodybuilding forum, they probably saw my video and thought wow this video sucks, lets thumbs down all his comments, I am just guessing though.

I will try to thumbs them back up if I can.

  • Hey nice lift bro!

And btw, do you have an account on bodybuilding(.)com? If you do I'll like to have your screen name so i can see you progress and stuff. Peace

  • bodybuilding (.) com, nope, I don't think I ever will join, there are some nasty people at that forum site who have harassed me, rctriplefresh5, powabuilda, and some of my other friends. They link our videos onto there site and just say mean and nasty things about us. I do not like to associate with people who are assholes and dickheads, thats the one rule I think most weightlifters should follow respect fellow weightlifters.

  • wow, its weird cuz I join about 6 months now and never had any problem with no one. Everyone seem really polite and respectful... You should go to the strongman/powerlifter section, There is more decent ppl out there,, anyways.. im not trying to sell you anything, I was just asking =D

  • If you don't believe me i will gladly show you the links, I think they usually talk trash in the misc section. But after seeing the way they treated me and my friends, I don't really want to join that website, if there is on rule I think most weightlifters should follow is respect one another, and also learn to respect all sides of weightlifting, and learn more about someone's training style before you bad mouth them.

  • yeah man you are totally right. Respect is the key. If you had bad experience with the website its ok man, just don't sing up =)

    Peace!

  • I probably won't anytime soon, unless they decide to ban all the immature and disrespectful people on that site. I honestly think that forum is a disgrace somewhat in letting those types of people join, I am assume most of the trash talkers are probably no even adults, but sometimes it seems like there are adults who act like them as well, so it is even more disgraceful to see grown men act that way.

  • this is weightlifternerd by the way, this is my alt account.

  • I can do regular bench 180 12 times.

  • great job!

    keep up the good work!

  • Nice job bro. Good luck on the 5-3-1!

  • I do it on incline because i want to get my incline stronger as well, I would like to get my max to 315 or higher.

If you would have read the video info, I put my max was 235, my max is 265 on flat bench.

  • well I guess this is sort of assistance, on a normal chest workout I do flat bench, and rotate weekly between incline and decline dumbbell presses, also rotate between incline and decline dumbbell flyes, then the fourth chest exercise is whatever I feel up to. I figured I would just turn my incline dumbbells into incline chest presses for a while as I want to hit 315 on incline as well.

  • wow 5 thumbs down you all can suck it.

btw sorry i didnt read the description didnt know i was required to =p

  • you aren't required to, its just if you read it, you will not have to ask so many questions, because the answers lie in the video info.

  • im starting this program next monday once i get the basics down :)

  • I think I will post how to basically do it in my video info as I record my 5-3-1 sets over the 3 week period.

  • Because you are supposedly suppose to start quite light and build up to it.

  • start light and get heavier, supposedly it allows you to progress longer. i cant wait until wendsday im doing bench =pppppppp

  • Yeah thats what i plan to do is start light with the 5-3-1 program im hoping to break multiple prs using this system .

  • Yeah I once again was happy I hit at least 10 with 180, after my 205 flat bench set though, I was pretty wiped out, even though I pretty much rested like 5 minutes before this set lol, I am debating whether to do 2 cycles with the cambered bar, or 3-4 I am not sure yet, also I am not sure how i will transition back into doing barbell later.
