@Averagebum2 Actually in Japanese there is this saying: "Want something so badly that a hand comes out of my throat". Ofc, it's not a 'real' hand and a 'real' throat. That's why if you translate all the words of the question, it will be like this: "Which of the following that 'actually/ in reality' comes out of throat?" :) She just realized it too slow.
