I don't know if you've ever heard Johnny Cash sing this song, but you've definitely got this one wrong..Way wrong. I liked the way you do some of Cash's songs. You come close to his original renditions in some of them, but this one you just didn't capture the way Johnny Cash sang it.
You've got talent and you sound more like Cash than most imitators. You just need to continue practice and polish the style. Get Cash down til it's second nature.
