Another thing you should be aware of is that many people who suffer from eating disorders or alcoholism will also have a personality trait in which they displace blame or responsibility to others or supernatural ideas such as god or fate. If you want to get better you have to accept this FACT. The only one who can save you is yourself. No one else. Not god, not family, not friends, not doctors. They can help you, offer advice and so on but the real cure will come from you and no one else.
4) But best of all, book yourself into a live in re-habitation clinic for those suffering from eating disorders. The experts in these centers will be able to help you much more than anyone can. Oh and if any fellow patient in these clinics tells you anything? take it with a pinch of salt...they're in denial most likely.
3) Exercise. Did you know there are two categories that exercises fall under? Endurance and Athletic. STOP ATHLETIC EXERCISES NOW. These will cause you to lose weight by burning fat, which you do NOT want to do. If you absolutely HAVE to work out then do endurance ONLY and for limited times (5-10 minutes) per day. The best thing you can do is become a lazy slob :P No joke. Become couch potato and eat :P Don't worry if you have fat in odd places, that can be sorted when you're not near death.
2) Your target weight. Remember I mentioned a false body image? The subconscious section of your mind stores an image of your current body that is used as a guide for your body's functions. Your issue is that it does not accurately portray your real body image. Do not aim to become normal, your portrayal of normal is incorrect. Instead, aim to become fat, for your internal portrayal of fat is actually normal. Eat carbohydrates, loads of them, eat meat, eat anything you can!

1) Identify the triggers. Media is not the sole, nor main trigger contrary to popular belief. In truth the main trigger are 'friends' who joke around calling you fat, even as a joke.
This leads to a development of a false body image, as no matter how silly, the human mind will eventually accept an ideal told to it over and over again. Even if you have friends that sarcastically say "Yeah you're fat" get them to stop! Right now! They are only fuelling the issue!

This leads to a development of a false body image, as no matter how silly, the human mind will eventually accept an ideal told to it over and over again. Even if you have friends that sarcastically say "Yeah you're fat" get them to stop! Right now! They are only fuelling the issue!
