Dude, seriously, he could sing a ferocious tiger to sleep if he wanted to. I mean, his voice is perfect, and this song is so soothing.

And as SephKlas said, the music compliments the lyrics. I think a true artist is one that can achieve that--they don't need the music to make the song, they need the music to complete the song, but the singer is the one who actually makes it.

That's what I hear with this song.

The song is beautiful, bittersweet in it's verses, but with such a powerful hopeful sounding chorus. I think a lot of times when I listen to country I find the lyrics and music tend to mesh very well, and this song is no different. The music compliments the lyrics very well, and I'm glad to hear Christians newer stuff. I've got to say, his music is sounding even better. I liked his older stuff, but this is a song in which I feel comfortable saying that I love.
