  • That wasnt a front flip on beam and that wasnt a dive roll other than that it was really good

  • cool cool although in a bridge, or when you can do a backbend, i advise to not point or stand on your toes like that. Eventually, if u learn to stand up or kickover, the habit of being on your toes could do some damage if you try to stand up with your toes pointed. good job though :)

  • @indiwindi101 well i do gymnastics for 4 hours a week and yes i have nice legs but you have 2 work realy hard and i also do swimming and dance and netball and touch rugby and soon im starting 2 do tennis

  • if you actually did he forward roll ( what u call frount flip) on an actuall beam u world fall off coz u put ur hands on the grass to get up so keep tryin gbut try and put your hands on the beam when u get up and not the grass

  • im a gymnast soheres some tips keep your feet together on a bridge and do not stand on toes its called a lumber bridge if ur feet are together it looks better

  • On your bridge you should try and have your feet flat. Not trying to be mean or anything like that, just making a sugestion
