Sorry, one thing you said is corrosing me. When you say "digital 0" explaining the pMOS transistor, you refer to negative tension or just no current? Because pMOS need negative tension in gate to conduct; if not, no chanel would be formed, right?
This is a good refresher. I did a 2nd year computer organization course where they crammed EVERYTHING in one semester. They briefly talked about BJT and MOSFET which I hardly remember anything about.
I just accidentally wrote CMOS and this crap showed!
