  • Greetings. I'we practiced 2-handed handstand for almost 2 years. My record on 2-handed handstand is 1,40 min., so i would say i got a decent handstand. • it's nice tutorial:) there's few things which hasn't occur to me:) i gonna try them:)

  • dope!

  • Great tutorial! I was just wondering if doing this would make your chosen side or arm stronger than the opposite side? For me it seems like training with my right arm handstands only would make my left side faulty and not as strong. Is it something I shouldn't really be concerned with?

  • @ontheBrightsiide Hey dude! Umm i would say its best to train both sides to just to maintain mascular balance! But no my right arm isn't much bigger than my left, maybe a litte.

I have notice my right sholder to be higher though lol. But i now train both sides. Hope this helps

  • @JonnyOxtricks Haha yeah it helps a lot. Thanks man!

  • @JonnyOxtricks Would it help to have good splits??

  • finally a good tutorial

  • Great video man, some really useful info with insiders tips. love it.

  • Ahh Sick man, I need to improve handstands in general as it is :).

  • Such a sick tutorial! Man , thats awesome!

  • Yes Jonny love it! gonna start training now!!

  • definitely an interesting approach to learning this, i will have to try some of your methods in my trraining

  • At last a tutorial for this!!

Thank you so much it's a great tut !

  • @yuvalkabilio Thank you very much :) spread it on your fb and your friends if you don't mind!?

  • @JonnyOxtricks haha sure

  • I've also heard flexibility plays big role in this. I'm not really flexible, though I did manage some 5 second holds. What do you think, should I add stretching to my training schedule?

Have been training this move for 9-12 months.

  • @randomneepo Sounds awesome! You're in the exciting stage of the training by the sound sounds of it!

Yeah stretch alot as flexability deffo plays a big part! Stretch up to 3 times a day to your max, but becarful when stretching first thing in the morning. I don't recomend trianing BOX splits with straight legs as its bad for your knees. I recomend you train box splits with your knees bent at 45 degress and get someone to push down on your hips gently!

    Hope this helps

  • @JonnyOxtricks It definetely helped, thanks a lot. Keep the videos coming, awesome stuff there ;)

  • haha great tutorial! :) loved the brain freeze at the beginning! lol

  • yeeeeessss!!!! you actually made it!

  • great tutorial Jonny x
