  • No products on your site. Shame I was hoping to check out some more of your creations.

  • I'd love to try this out, I didn't know you made fire wands Lyca! Also, the Flowtoys Flow-wand hole is actually drilled off-center as well. The bottom is about a centimeter longer than the top end.

  • I'm trying to figure out how to make my own flow wand(not for fire play) out of a wood dowel so I can practice and see if I even like it before I buy one. Any pointers or know of a tutorial that can show me how?

  • Dowels work decently to get a feel for the wand. A brass or copper tube would be ideal for the weight. Perhaps thread some nuts onto the ends of the dowel for a bit more stability. The only problem you'll really find in a light wand is wind drifting. Once your wand is weighted/painted as you like it, find the center of gravity (balance on knife edge, 2nd dowel, finger etc), identify your top end, measure and mark 1/8" above the c.g. towards top, and drill a 1/16" hole. Cheers!

  • dude thats real magic !!!!! I play with a fire staff but the fire wand its incredible !!! and its not complicated to make one ... thanks dude !!!!!
