Obviously a private server, look at his hp and mp, GMs don't have "those" skills such as avenger or triple throw. They have the GM dragon roar, super haste and teleport, some others and obvisouly can't choose jobs.

You can already tell that its a private server because once you reach level *200* You can no longer gain exp. -.-

@Rogenko Well correction is that you can't level to 201, but I've seen some people gain exp on lvl200.
