I have 2 budgies I found out that one was recently female. If I attached a nextbox to there cage would they definetly breed?

where should i by my budgies from im getting them in july
I would recommend buying it from a breeder, NO PET SHOP!
Just a word of advice when you see a breeder, talk to them for awhile befor buying.

what is rong with local pet shops such as single company pet shops? i work at one. We take more care then pet co. and other places like pet co. have there birds in a 10 gallon tank outrages! and ever other bird there!

the budgies from big shops are usualy harder to tame aswel and are usualy unhealthy and the shop peopl have hardly any info on that individual budgie,
small shops or individual breeders are better to buy from any day!

in usa they call em parakeets
in uk we call em budgie
every budgie is a parakeet though but every parakeet aint a budgie,
since there are other types of parakeets other than budgies (ringnecks, alexandrines, etc etc, )
"parakeets" are the parrots with long tails :)
