first, all prior immiagrants came here legally. Became part of the AMERICAN culture and learned English. They didn't come here over and under fences illigally, live in house's with 10 to 20 other men and then send thier money back to the own country. The only people who go there to get thier hair cut are brazilians. They can't get government ID's because they are here illigally and don't have the documentaion to get ID's. The rsidents don't have a problem with single families liviing in a house
