A trick is to take the clothes OFF the hanger before you bring it to the checkout - leave 'em on the racks - then there's really nothing they can do about it.

Wow, fail on the hangers, Charlotte Russe! I work at Kohl's and on Black Friday, we were told to keep hangers on items to keep things moving quickly (normally we do recycle them), UNLESS the customer said they didn't want them. Why force people to take them? Weird!
