not everyone can afford these jap bikes so why not start with something cheap anyway all i see on you tube is little mummys boys in the park ruining a nice jap bike the ungrateful little chavs
@JTBomb007 how much do you pay to insure ive been looking at getting the same bike maybe the 24,how much you pay also I'm getting mine direct for £1040 delivered also is it a good runner. Nice 1
im guessing your from the uk and had to buy this. do you need insurance if you drive around with L plates and a validated provisional licence and CBT. if so how much is insurance
Haha! love the description, me to is a noob and will also be getting one of these beauties soon. I see you posted this is March, you still got it ? and hows it going, what do ya think of it after a couple of months ? :)
@RobWard77 Yea i still have it, use it for work everyday, its going 'ok', as mentioned above need to replace sprockets and chain, also had a fuel line split in 2 places a day after filling the tank up, finished work to come to an empty bike stinking of petrol. Got that fixed then it happened again about 4 days later, but this time it was the part the pipe connected too, the connecting rod thing had snapped.
Oh and my indicators are broke as the wife dropped it...lol
@scooterboyelite Hi mate, yea i got her on the road, reliability....well iv not had any problems yet, i probably should get it serviced, managed to get 80 out of it, or so the speedo said anyway ^^ acceleration is mint. After the first run i did have to go round and tighten bolts though lol ^^ anything else just ask :)
@scooterboyelite tbh iv not really measured how far i can get on a tank, this week ill work it out. Last time i filled up cost me £9 and i was quite low, but i'd say about £10, not much more than that anyway.
I bought mine for £550 brand new the insurance is £200 for the year with lexham the tax is £15 for the year if you look after the bike you shouldn't have any problems!
is this the 2011 model? :P how much was it and how much was the insurance/tax? is it good? :D im looking to get my first bike and want to get a good but low cost bike. for looks i think its a beast ;) but is SkyJet a good manufacturer? Cheers :)
