My comment might be a little off the topic but I am a Reiki practitioner and have just started giving treatments. I have noticed that I am taking on some of the issues of my clients. While I understand, you and Nicole do this in order to help establish a template, I prefer not to take on the energy of others. Could you please provide me with tips on how I can shield myself from taking on other people's stuff. Thanks.
