its the MBC Star Dance Battle ^^ this one is round 9 of the second 2010 one :)

you can check out a playlist i made for the 2010 ones and the 2011 ^^ (there are 2 2009 ones but i haven't added t hem yet) i only included the actual dance battles and not really the parody or gag ones but the information about the rounds are in the description :)
