If I understood everything I have researched, the concern over the use of HAARP is the way that it can vibrate(or "disturb")the Earth's magnetic pulse. It could also disturb other frequencies. Frequencies can also be described as waves. Sound waves, radio waves, Hertzian waves, etc. Earthquakes operate on seismic waves, which Tesla knew and researched. He was able to vibrate "waves/frequencies"at such a rate that his research became interesting to many people.

can you explain a little??? i have searched the following definition: HAARP: High Frequency Active Aural Research Project is a joint Air Force and Navy project that uses 72 foot antennas, 360 total - spread out over 4 acres in Gakona Alaska.
