Yeah... I myself on this quest, decided to take the route that was requested.

You see, as she makes the speech, that gargoyle statue above her that you passed at least once, is something you can push off and it WILL crush her, killing her in an instant.

The game tells you about this though if you ask the other members of the Dark Brotherhood about the quest. It pays to be curious in this game.

the best houes in the games is in white run it is not the most money and good money for the space but if you want the biggest houes in the game it is soldtude but it is 25 k but there is a way to get it free and for the upgrads it is like 15k

actually you can kill her by throwing the statue hanging over her head down at her. Haven't found a video with this strategy. It's the best way to do it.
