@jackwest555 you can drill at an angle but that takes more practice id suggest getting a bunch of glass bottles and practicing but besides that drill bits cost like 10 to 15 bucks at home depot

2nd comment, also make sure on the inside of the bottle, that wire is at the bottem too, so you basically have a C shape wire.

use it for a bucket, find a cap that can fit snug tight on that bottle, drill a hole in it, get a head piece OR a small socket. for that hole in the bottle, use your rubber ring thing to fill the hole making it smaller and use your wire thing, put it into that hole and have it run down from the inside to the outside down your bottle to the bottem. and theres your bucket.

Just saying cause the hole is that low, if you smoke hash you can use it for a toke bottle! (Y) Way better than using a plastic one.
