According to the constitution Congress has the right and is required to levy taxes and appropriate funds . In other words the Constitution requires Congress to tax and spend . Our markets have fallen steadily since Obama was elected. True, they were headed down before, but nothing he says instills any confidence in investors. He's not trying to. In our country, bad economic times are a good thing for Democrats. They allow them to take advantage and seize more power.

Also, my understand of this economic crisis in my country (England) is that the meltdown is caused by banks taking big risks, nothing to do with people who think Obama's way. The fact is, a lot of people in your country cannot afford healthcare because it is extortianate. These people need help and health should not only be for the wealthy!
Maybe in England banks wanted to make loans to people they knew couldn't repay them, but here, they were forced to by liberals who labeled them "racists" and made them reach a % quota.
Our healthcare is expensive because it is worth it! Phil, yes, but you're not seeing the whole picture! He wants to destroy what the republicans have done to America, and in the process destroy what Billy Clinton did too because his administration is between that of Reagan/Bush I and Bush II. This means taking the stock market down to levels it hasn't seen in 30 years. THEN, he can look like a "savior" as it comes roaring back while he's in control and he can take ALL the credit for the gains.
