The difference between the internal African and Trans-Atlantic slave trade is that Slaves within Africa were able to work their way out of slavery and become free to do as they pleased. Many died in transportation and lost their culture, language, religion etc. You cannot compare the two!

@ddsharper - BLT actually comes from the theology of the Nation of Islam, which is a Gnostic sect, not real Islam. The NOI comes mainly from Garvey, the Moorish Science Temple. The NOI and BLT doctrines both are similar to Nazism, but do not come from Nazism or from some doctrine in Latin America. Black Nationalism, started by Marcus Garvey is older than Nazism. Gavery once wrote that they were the first fascists, because the Garvey movement was older than Mussolini's black shirts.

@reddogloc You are right black started slavery amongst their own people. The difference between the internal African and Trans-Atlantic slave trade is that Slaves within Africa were able to work their way out of slavery and become free to do as they pleased. This was not the case with the Trans-Atlantic trade. Blacks were slaughtered and were never able to get out of their situation. Many died in transportation and lost their culture, language, religion etc. You cannot compare the two!

I wasnt comparing the two, some said that only whites made slaves. And blacks never had anything to do with it. I was proving that blacks are just as capable of the same evils as other men.
Also, Your wrong! Intelligent blacks ended slavery by themselves, and no whites helped "by choice" is a ignorant and blatant lie! Many of these educated black men where free men. Who where freed and educated by "white men" attempting to end slavery. Dont ignore whites who helped end slavery!
