  • i never saw big john johnson entertaining he was too awkward and clumsey harold jackson was also legendary

  • when i think of roller derby there is only ronnie rains and skinny minnie miller the rest of them were never as entertaining rains could skate circles around those atkinsons sr or jr it is ashame he retired in 80 or 81 when he did was the day roller games croaked

  • I got interested in the derby through the warriors in Phil. If you watch real roller derby clips you'll see most of the roller games were fake & the tbirds were the worst. The warriors skated more realistically with people like Buddy Jr., Judy Arnold, Richard Brown and MIke Gammon. But the tbirds (noone ever heard of most of them) came in and beat the warriors 7 games out of 12. Danny Rielly could hardly skate. Later, buddy, mike and thier wives went back to the derby.

  • Psycho, Lester Quarles of the Texas Outlaws, and Leroy Gonzales of the Deroit Devils were the three best red shirt skaters Griffiths had in his promotion. Now add Ronnie Robinson, Bob Woodberry, Gene "Wild Man" Lane, Bob "The Bald Eagle" Hein, and Ken Monte from the original IRDL to the lineup and you'll have the ultimate men's red shirt team!

  • Frank Macedo FTW.

  • key in 'the Psycho'(which features the Hawks vs T-Bird world championship game which should have him in. or click on to the right hand corner where it says related videos, or click on to my name to check out all of my videos.
