sometimes i am not aware of this as it can be a starting point for what i am communicating with others.

its cool from the perspective that you are willing for others to know as much as you, but maybe that's not the most effective way for that to happen

That constitutes the shadow self, some people are are of this thoughts, others not even that. They simple react to the world around them as they like, not even know what are the thoughts feelings emotions behind those very reactions, they believe that the world is the way it is because it is just the way it is and theres nothing to do about it.

Some suffer a lot because they experience in their intimacy lots of negative things. WE hide/forget that from everyone. All the moments positive OR Negative are recorded in each one's subconscious mind. Mind/consciousness consists of all the thoughts feelings and emotions. The bad/negatives can't be suppressed forever. All is due to EGO.
