  • @NYCountryGirlieGirl Not a problem, if you ever have any questions don't hesitate to ask, it isn't easy, but it does become habit forming after a week of doing it ^.^

  • @YdontUask Thank you ... I sure hope it becomes a habit becaues I need something that I can get in to and stick with.... I was goin to the gym 6 days a week and I eventually got bored ... I got amazing results but boredum kicked in and I didnt want to go anymore .... now I'm kicking myself for it .... I really hope this program keeps me motivated.

  • @mchief101 thats a good question... i eat a lot of foods... usually I do my workouts in the evening, so if I am going to be lifting weights i will have a heavy breakfast with eggs "turkey" bacon wheat toast and a glass of milk. on light days ill have 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, mixed with some walnuts and almonds, teaspoon of sugar free syrup, and some oats. lunches are usually light a turkey wrap with some veggies and dinner is usually a protein shake with some fruits.

  • but i snack twice a day, usually some yogurt in between breakfast and lunch and then some mixed nuts and dried fruits in between lunch and dinner.
